He oversees the day-to-day strategy and execution, while also curating the atmosphere—from the playlist to the lighting to the art on the walls.

Troy’s commitment to excellence is driven by his belief that hospitality is both an art and a responsibility. He plays a key role in guiding the brand’s vision, fostering a culture of collaboration, and making sure every corner of Southern Chicago feels intentional, welcoming, and unforgettable.
